This notice applies to the public Loyd Ventures Consulting website. The current site is informational: it has no accounts, customer portal, database, or advertising technology. Contact email delivery is live through a server-side Resend integration and delivers inquiries to Google Workspace.

Technical request information

Like other websites, the hosting system may process information needed to deliver a page, such as an IP address, browser or device information, the requested URL, a timestamp, and a referring page. Railway hosts the production website. Its account-level logging, retention, administrative access, and subprocessors are not defined by this website repository and remain subject to owner review.

Contact information

The contact page requests a name, company, email address, optional phone number, a description of what the sender would like to make work better, and optional details about the situation, tools or systems involved, a successful outcome, and any additional context. After validation, the website sends those fields to Resend for transactional email delivery to contact@loydventuresconsulting.com in Google Workspace. The application itself does not save the submission in a database or application log. The form reports success only after Resend accepts the message for delivery.

Why information would be used

Submitted information is expected to be used to review the inquiry, respond to the sender, understand the business need, and protect the form from abuse. The final business uses beyond responding to the inquiry must still be confirmed.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

As of the effective date, the website code does not intentionally set cookies or use local storage. It contains a configuration-gated, cookieless analytics adapter, but no analytics endpoint is configured by default. The site does not load advertising pixels, session replay, fingerprinting, or behavioral advertising scripts. No cookie banner is displayed because no nonessential cookie technology has been added. This notice and any consent controls should be revisited before analytics is activated.

Service providers

Railway hosts and delivers the public website. Resend processes validated contact details and message content only to send the website-generated transactional email. The message is delivered to the Loyd Ventures Google Workspace inbox, which stores the resulting business correspondence. The application does not persist a separate contact-submission database. Resend inbound receiving is not used; Google Workspace remains the business mailbox and reply environment.

Sale or sharing of information

The current implementation contains no advertising or analytics integration that transmits visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Broader business practices have not been confirmed for this notice.

Retention
